Team lead /Scrum master

Fastdev is a Swedish software development company founded in 2007. Its goal is to deliver world-class software development. Today we are a team of 200 based in Stockholm or remote and we keep growing rapidly. We are now looking for a Team lead/Scrum master that will help us to form the team to deliver software development services for one of our customers. About customer: content management system company, develops computer software to manage the creation and modification of digital content. This platform is used by many world’s leading companies worldwide, such as Allianz, Amazon, Mitsubishi, European Commission, Wrike, Gong and many more.

What we expect from you

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field
• Technical background and practical experience in software development (PHP/JavaScript)
• 4-5+ years of experience as a Team leader/Scrum master or in a similar role
• Leadership and management experience
• Outstanding interpersonal, leadership, communication and facilitation skills to establish and maintain excellent working relationships

The work

• Using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions
• Participation in building/hiring of the new team of 8-10 developers from scratch
• Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements
• Sprint planning, daily scrum/standups, retrospectives
• Tracking project processes, deliverables, and financials
• Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items
