Fastdev is a Swedish software development company founded in 2007. Its goal is to deliver world-class software development. Today we are a team of 200 based in Stockholm or remote and we keep growing rapidly. We are now looking for a Account Manager to expanding our sales team to take our business to a new level.

Requirements

  • More than 3 years experience in sales/accounting;
  • Understanding of the IT market, processes within corporations and start-ups;
  • Literate speech, presentable appearance, top-level negotiation, and public speaking skills.
  • Ability to work with open sources (social media, job search websites, professional communities, etc.);
  • Good skills for rapid project assessment (terms / budgets / risks); Preferably:
  • English level C1 (Advanced) and above;
  • Willingness to adapt to the client's time zone;
  • Stress resistance and a healthy sense of humor :)

Official duties

  • Develop and execute sales plan;
  • Handle incoming requests;
  • Looking for new customers using different lead generation channels and creation of new ones;
  • Maintain and establish business relationship between the company and customers; 
  • Interacting with the internal development team;
  • Proactively remain connected to clients and the ever-changing market to access new search opportunities.

Working conditions

  • Salary is determined according to experience and achievements.
  • Every quarter 15% of Fastdev´s profit is distributed among all the employees in proportion to the total number of years spent working for the company.
