Software Engineering Lead (Stockholm, Sweden)
Fastdev is a Swedish software development company founded in 2007 with the goal of delivering world-class software development services to its clients. Today, we are a team of around 100 specialists based in Stockholm or remote around the globe and we keep growing rapidly. The customers we work with are mainly Scandinavian companies operating in a variety of fields, like finance, insurance, edtech, well-being, tourism, automotive, e-commerce and more. The technological scope we work with is just as diverse and covers front end/back end development, machine learning, IoT, cloud services, and others.
What We Expect from You
- At least 8 years of experience in software development;
- Proficiency in AWS or Azure;
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences;
- Ability to communicate in client-facing situations and to support the sales process;
- Fluency in both English and Swedish.
The Work
- Ensure design, architecture and coding conventions in all our delivers;
- Advise on technical questions, providing valuable inputs and having influence on key technical decisions in the company;
- Collaborate with internal teams across a variety of projects, contributing to pre-sales discussions and strategy;
- Communicate technical details to clients, ensuring their understanding and trust.
