Fixler – From idea to production-ready SaaS in two months

The idea

Fixler is developing a digital platform for private individuals who are going to renovate.

The goal is to create greater clarity and security throughout the renovation process. The first step is to help the user understand and analyze renovation quotes before anything is signed. After that, the project documentation is continuously built up to create a common and clear picture of what has been decided during the course of the project.

The vision is to establish a new category – Private Renovation Control.

From Idea to MVP

Like many startups, Fixler started with a clear vision rather than a comprehensive requirements document.

Instead of trying to specify every detail from the beginning, we worked iteratively with the founders. UX, wireframes, and early validation were used to quickly test ideas and gather feedback. The product requirements were continuously developed as new insights emerged.

This allowed the development team to focus on what created the most value instead of building features based on assumptions.

The result was a production-ready MVP that was developed and delivered in two months.

AI-assisted development – ​​engineering-led delivery

AI was used throughout the development process to streamline implementation and reduce repetitive work.

Product architecture, technical decisions, code reviews, quality assurance, and test strategy were driven by experienced developers in close collaboration with Fixler’s founders.
